Dr. Shirish Pathak graduated from B.J.Medical
college in pune. He finished his postgraduation in orthopaedics from Sancheti Institute affiliated to university of Pune.
He has been trained in arthroscopy and sports medicine at international centres .
He completed a fellowship in arthroscopy
and sports medicine at Sports injury & arthroscopy clinic ,Coimbatore in India, a centre recognised by international
society for arthroscopy, knee surgery and orthopaedic sports medicine.(ISAKOS). Then he went to Italy for further advanced
training in shoulder and knee arthroscopy .
He was awarded Krishnan fellowship by Indian arthroscopy society in year 2004-05. He was chosen as an international
fellow by European society for arthroscopy and sports traumatology (ESSKA) in 2006. He has been trained under some of the
leader doctors in arthroscopic surgeries like Dr. David Rajan (Coimbatore) and Dr. Matteo Denti (Italy).
He has special interest and expertise in knee ,shoulder and ankle injuries. He practices arthroscopy and sports orthopaedics
in pune.
